The staff at Best Western Grauholz were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the shower curtains, but it was a minor detail. The hotel's amenities for children were impressive, with toys indoors and a slide outdoors. The free snacks and coffee in the seating area were a nice touch. The location just outside of Bern was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being quite close to the autobahn and right in the center of the country. It's a great base to explore nearby attractions in Bern. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern design. The bathroom also had ample space. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and efficient welcome. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of freshly made dishes. The views were breathtaking, especially in the early morning.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I especially liked the location of the hotel, situated in a rural area away from the hustle and bustle of the Bern train station. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable, with comfy beds, and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious.
